There is an interesting leaked up recently and it involved the MS Office Professional software.
The catch is that the said deal seems to be made for businesses only seeing that the whole process of checking if one is eligible would require a program code that companies assign to their employees to see if they are entitled to get one.
To explain it better, here is something head over to the Microsoft Home Use Program Australia (HUP) page - www.microsofthup.com.
The Home Use Program is a Software Assurance benefit available to Microsoft volume licensing customers with active Software Assurance coverage on their Office applications. Employees who use the covered licenses at work are eligible to purchase these Office applications for use on a personal device during the term of their employment. This temporary license expires with the employer's Software Assurance coverage, or upon termination of employment with the covered organization.
Well from the looks of it, this is a bummer for individuals who would have been interested in getting one. Sorry! Contact your company and find out if they are part of the program. If you are qualified, visit the Microsoft HUP site, key in your corporate email address and program code and hit return.
For the ones who are eligible, well here is your chance and it would be wise to take advantage of the offer to get one at an insane price of just AUD $10 (more or less). That is a big price off considering the fact that on a regular day, Office products costs as much as $250.
Should you be among the lucky ones entitled for this promo, Microsoft will send you a link to purchase it. If not, well just move on and look for other deals that could at least come close to that giveaway price.
